As the Senior Manager, HCP Activation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals to drive brand awareness, education, and engagement – with the intent on building the credibility behind our brands, and in turn driving business results.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust HCP marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.Conduct research and analysis (working with insights team and/or external partners) to gain a deep understanding of healthcare professional behavior, needs, and preferences. Utilize insights to develop targeted and data-driven HCP marketing plans.Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (linked to overarching brand strategies). This includes developing and implementing educational materials, digital marketing initiatives, medical conferences, speaker programs, thought leadership content, and engagement programs.Work closely with internal teams such as medical affairs, sales, brand marketing, and creative/media/digital hub to ensure seamless execution and integration of marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals.Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and influential healthcare professionals to support brand advocacy and education initiatives.Ensure all marketing activities targeting healthcare professionals comply with applicable regulations and guidelines, including industry codes and legal requirements.Develop and manage the marketing budget for HCP marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive maximum return on investment.Develop and manage a sampling strategy for HCPs, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and guidelines.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for HCP marketing campaigns and regularly evaluate performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professional associations, medical societies, advocacy groups, and agencies, to drive collaboration and alignment on marketing initiatives.About You
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field5-10 years' experience in healthcare professional marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or related roles within the healthcare industryStrong understanding of the healthcare professional landscape, including knowledge of the healthcare system, relevant therapeutic areas, and industry regulationsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns targeting healthcare professionalsExperience in developing educational materials, digital marketing initiatives, medical conferences, and engagement programs for healthcare professionalsKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for marketing activities within the healthcare industryExceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/toolsAbility to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and healthcare trendsKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and emerging trends in healthcare professional marketing is highly desirableWhy choose us?
