Job Summary
The Senior Manager, HR Operations & Transformation will be responsible for managing HR transformation initiatives with a specific focus on HR Operations. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and practices to meet the evolving needs of our organization and workforce. This role will be instrumental in leading efforts around HR process improvement, HR technology enablement, and supporting relevant project and change management activities.

What You'll DoEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
• Manage and implement HR operations strategies aligned with HR and organizational objectives. Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Contribute to the execution of HR transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Help identify areas for enhancement within the HR function.
• Lead efforts to assess and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience. Implement best practices and support automation initiatives.
• Oversee the optimization of HR systems to support HR operations and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with HRIS vendors and internal teams to ensure systems meet organizational needs and requirements.
• Ensure accurate management of employee data, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and safeguard sensitive HR information.
• Manage relationships with HR service providers, ensuring service levels are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled. Monitor vendor performance and alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to provide updates on HR transformation progress, outcomes, and challenges.
• Lead and develop the HR operations team, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Travel as needed, 30-50%

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years related experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing HR processes and systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with experience in process improvement and consensus-building.
• Demonstrated experience in HRIS optimization and HR technology implementation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
