Senior Manager, Human Resources

The Senior Manager, Human Resources will actively support Outdoor & Recreation leadership as a strategic HR business partner. This role involves collaborating closely with the Tech Apparel, Customer Strategy & Planning, and R&D leaders in Outdoor & Recreation to drive growth objectives and address future talent needs. The Sr. Manager will develop a deep understanding of strategic initiatives and talent priorities to ensure the successful implementation of key people processes and initiatives. This role will work in partnership with Global Integrated Talent and other centers of excellence to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. + Drive strategic alignment by proactively partnering with leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. + Champion talent management and development initiatives, focusing on improving leadership quality, building workforce capabilities, and ensuring robust succession planning. + Analyze, diagnose, and identify gaps between current and target organizational performance and structure, and implement solutions to resolve gaps, such as organization redesign, process improvement, coaching, and training. + Partner with functional leaders to create development programs for high-potential employees. + Identify and promote the sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement. + Act as a liaison between Global Integrated Talent, HR Operations and COEs to ensure HR services are aligned with internal client needs. + Coach leaders in enhancing their leadership skills, fostering team and individual relationships, improving interpersonal communication, and providing constructive performance feedback. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field + 10+ years of experience as an HR professional with increasing levels of responsibility + Proven leadership, coaching, relationship building and effective conflict resolution skills + Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals. + Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure impact. + Experience leading and managing change initiatives. + Must be able to develop top talent in all functional areas.
