Senior Manager, ID & Fraud Product Management

You will be part of Experian’s Fraud, Innovation, and Commercialization management team, developing products, innovations and propositions that support our clients across multiple industries including financial services, fintech, health, auto, public sector, ecommerce and more. You will operate within the fraud and identity product management and portfolio marketing organization, developing a set of market verticalized solutions within Experian’s identity verification, fraud detection, and authentication suites of service. You will report to the Senior Director of ID & Fraud Product Management. You'll have opportunity to: + Develop a roadmap that is based on our goals, market and customer insight. + Communicate roadmap to team members, from engineering, to marketing, to sales, to leadership. + Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, distribution opportunities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product growth. + Understand customer pain points and preferences through surveys, interviews, and data analytics. + Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements into development plans. + Influence high-level decision-making with leadership, especially when advocating for product investments or strategic pivots. + Ensure that product development stays within budget and that resources are allocated to the highest-priority tasks. + Develop the business case for new opportunities, including market sizing, target market segmentation, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategies and product positioning. + For new products and product enhancements, work with marketing to develop and launch strategy and launch artifacts. + Track and forecast revenue and pipelines and evaluate P & L’s. Responsible for fiscal year completion of budgeted revenue and margin / EBIT goals. + Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree + Minimum of 8+ years experience in product management and product marketing (full product lifecycle from creation to deliver) + Experienced in project and program management. + Great at connecting the dots and building great relationships throughout the organization. + Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects quickly when needed. + Lead internal/external software engineering teams without direct authority. + Expertise in identity and fraud, analytics, financial services, credit risk, credit policy, regulatory risk, enterprise risk, data management or marketing services. + Demonstrated experience developing business and investment cases and in managing to a product level P&L. + Knowledge in working with multiple teams such Marketing, Technology, Sales, Client Support, and Finance. + Understand, summarize and explain complex and technical problems. + Evaluate and prioritize requirements given business value versus constraints. + Develop strategic goals, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
