Senior Manager, Innovations - RX Merchandising
Position Summary...Are you passionate about driving innovation, creating systemic solutions, and leading strategic projects that shape the future of RX Merchandising? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Innovation to lead the next evolution of Serialization and beyond. What you'll do...

As part of our team, you will spearhead initiatives that not only enhance operational efficiency but also unlock new opportunities for growth and value creation within Serialization and RX Merchandising. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape new processes, establish sustainable frameworks, and ultimately transition initiatives to long-term operational ownership.

As the Senior Manager, Innovation, you will:

Lead medium to large-scale innovation projects that are strategic and align with the direction of RX Merchandising.Drive Serialization to the next level, ensuring its full implementation while setting up a sustainable function that can be transitioned to a long-term operational team.Work with Product to develop the roadmap and drive strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth opportunities.Develop repeatable, systemic processes that minimize manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Own key responsibilities in the greater Serialization project, ensuring governance, compliance, and technology alignment.Supervise associates and vendor partners operating within our space, ensuring accountability and alignment to project goals.  Identify and develop new opportunities within Serialization, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic growth for the business.Champion a culture of innovation, exploring new ways to expand the impact of Serialization and RX Merchandising.

This role will play a critical part in the 4ITB model by working closely with Product to develop the roadmap and drive strategy, ensuring that our initiatives align with business goals and deliver long-term value.
 
What you'll bring:
 
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and results-driven leader with a strong background in project management, innovation, and process improvement. While experience in RX Merchandising and Serialization is a plus, it is not a prerequisite—this role is best suited for someone who can learn quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
 
Key qualifications include:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive medium-to-large scale initiatives from conception to execution.Experience in process optimization, with a focus on automating workflows and minimizing manual interventions.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.An innovation-focused approach, with a passion for exploring new ways to expand market opportunities within Serialization and RX Merchandising.Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and high performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area.
2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
