Position Summary The Senior Manager, Operations, Insights, & Analytics (Health Equity), will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and providing informed recommendations on key strategic health equity projects while managing day-to-day operations across the team. This role will have responsibility for strategic and executional support of the prioritized health equity initiatives, management of operational priorities, and overall assessment on the impact of projects. Reporting to the VP, Head of Global Health Equity, the Senior Manager, co develops and implements the strategic plan and stewards the effectiveness of the team. Minimum Requirements: + 5 years of demonstrated experience in analytics, strategy and operations; corporate affairs and pharmaceutical experience preferred + Superior verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communications skills, as well as strong presentation and facilitation skills + Excellent writing and research skills, with a keen attention to detail + Strong project management experience, with ability to develop and execute clear action plans + Ability to engage and persuade a wide variety of audiences + Demonstrates learning agility.
