Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning

We are on a lookout for a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning for our Global Service Supply Chain function! In this role, you will be responsible for leading Hologic’s IBP process for the entire Service Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and synchronization across all business functions, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of integrated business planning principles and practices, particularly within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration, optimizing planning processes, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, create, develop and execute the IBP process to align strategic and operational plans across the Service Organization. Facilitate monthly IBP and Executive IBP meetings with key stakeholders and leadership to review performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans. Ensure the integration of demand, supply, financial, and operational plans to support overall business strategy. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams to gather and validate input for the IBP process. Drive consensus-building and decision-making to address planning discrepancies and capitalize on business opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all functions. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the IBP process. Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the IBP process. Conduct scenario planning to evaluate the impact of different business conditions and market trends. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience. Monitor external factors, such as regulatory changes and market dynamics, that may impact business planning. Influence and mentor Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams and professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in integrated business planning, supply chain planning, demand planning or related roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing or influencing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in planning tools and software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Agile, Salesforce). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of IBP principles, practices, and regulations specific to the medical device industry. APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $122,400 to $204,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
