Senior Manager, Intelligence & Analytics (Hybrid)

As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will work on a range of complex problems and be responsible for the design and development of new reporting packages. You will work on a cross-functional team that includes counterparts in Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Supplier Relations. 

 

Your performance will be measured by your ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications, identify problems that need to be solved and own the process from start to finish. 

 

This role may include team leadership, mentorship, and accountability of a team of less senior technical product managers.

 

As a Senior Manager, Intelligence & Analytics, you will

Conduct root cause analysis to uncover the fundamental drivers of performance programs or inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions Develop, design, and maintain dashboards to present data insights and monitor performance metrics Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance  Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize processes Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into business intelligence (BI) solutions Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner

 

About you

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or related experience) A few years of hands-on experience with business intelligence software, preferably those found in the travel & meetings industry A couple of years of strong SQL skills utilizing complex queries in a large data warehouse environment (Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, MySQL, etc) Extensive experience with spreadsheets, including pivots, vlookups, conditional formatting, large record sets Can manipulate and condense large volumes of data into succinct and powerful visualizations using tools like Tableau and/or Power BI Ability to deliver timely and accurate products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  Available to work onsite at Apple Campus Tue/Wed/Thurs. Mon/Fri will be remote

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, Intelligence & Analytics is between $95,000 and $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
