Responsibilities
Lead and manage international tax engagements, ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws and regulations. Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients with global operations, focusing on minimizing tax liabilities and ensuring compliance. Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and 8991. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for international tax matters. Mentor, supervise, and develop junior tax professionals, ensuring adherence to professional standards. Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations, advising clients and firm leadership on the implications. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions for complex client needs. Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand international tax services.Qualifications
CPA license required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a similar setting, with a focus on international tax. Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax laws, treaties, and compliance requirements. Experience with forms such as 5471, 8858, 1118, and 8991. Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Compensation and Benefits
