Senior Manager, IS PMO
**Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree Related Field required + A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field + 10+ years project management experience + 5+ years PMO management experience + Strong leadership capability able to develop talent and capabilities, identifies and cultivates essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement + Able to build collaborative relationships across functions based on trust and respect + Promote the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results + Excellent understanding of financial processes + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively and implement change + Able to forecast future trends and manage change + Ability to think innovatively and have strong issue resolution skills + Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred + Work is accomplished without considerable direction. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria in obtaining results. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment.
