With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **GENERAL PURPOSE:** The IT Senior Manager for Supply Chain \- Workforce Management \(WFM\) and Production Planning Applications is responsible for leading teams to deliver and support Supply Chain applications including workforce management \(e\.g\. UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro, GoalPost, etc\.\), production planning which plans product shipments' assignments to DCs \(Distribution Centers\) and balance the DC network \(e\.g\. O9, Anaplan, Oracle, etc\.\), and other applications\. This role guides the evaluation, selection, development, and implementation of solutions to address Supply Chain business needs, serving as a visible leader with IT executives and a key interface with the business community\. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Supply Chain best practices, IT, and technology trends, with a strong background in retail and the ability to conceive and deliver solutions aligned with critical business strategies\. A proven track record of balancing desired outcomes with program constraints and a pragmatic approach is essential for success in this role\. Deals comfortably with high level of ambiguity and helps in putting structure and roadmaps as needed\. The base salary range for this role is $138,100 \- $228,900\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** • Responsible for Supply Chain project portfolio focusing on Workforce Management and Production Planning Applications\. • Builds high performing team of managers, analysts, and contractors by managing workload, delegating projects, training and developing the organization through hiring and coaching\. • Partners with Supply Chain business partners to understand business needs, ensures system requirements are met, gains alignments and shapes influence\. • Possess high level of organizational agility and be able to adapt and course correct as situations change\. • Manages projects throughout the entire IT Project Delivery lifecycle \(SDLC\), ensuring that: o Detailed project plans are created, covering the entire systems development life cycle, and associated project budgets\. o Requirements are defined accurately\. o Systems are designed/coded or purchased that meet the defined requirements, and that execute efficiently\. o Test plans and training plans are designed and executed successfully\. o Build/QA implementation plan, approach and cutover plan to coordinate and roll out solutions across business units\. o All required system and user documentation are created accurately\. • Delivers projects on time, within budget and ensures that anticipated business benefits are achieved\. • Maintains SC systems stability with focus on Workforce Management and Production Planning Applications while partnering with internal and external support teams\. • Maintains current technical, functional, and operational knowledge of the WFM and Production Planning applications\. • Takes a leadership role in analyzing the use of new and existing technology to meet current and future business needs\. Investigate new tools, applications, and technologies and determine how these can be used to solve business problems\. Solid understanding of retail dynamics with focus on Distribution Centers within a complex, highly integrated environment\. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline\. • 5\+ years implementing supply chain technologies\. • 5\+ years of direct personnel management and proven ability to develop and inspire team members\. • Broad knowledge of supply chain processes, major supply chain applications, and key platform vendors\. • Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques\. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to effectively operate with VP and above executives\. • Demonstrates experience in the successful implementation of strategic, large\-scale supply chain business applications\. • Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones\. • Demonstrated ability to execute financial analysis, such as TCO models and ROI\. • Technically competent in supply chain systems\. • Outstanding work ethic, humbleness, displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly, and efficiently\. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** • Experience with UKG Workforce central, UKG Pro, GoalPost or similar\. • Experience with planning applications or tools like O9, Anaplan, Oracle or similar\. • Experience with Applications running on Cloud \(preferably Google Cloud\)\. • Consulting experience in the supply chain and the retail industry\. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:** This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others\. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position\. Some travel is required\. This role requires regular in\-office presence, including attending in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback\.
