What you will be doing
This Senior Manager position offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your strategic business acumen, relationship management skills and creativity in building a partnerships ecosystem for Albertsons Loyalty from grounds-up. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, business development, tech, finance, PR, and regional marketing teams to define, develop and execute Partnership onboarding and innovative marketing strategies to create excitement around each new Partner launch and engagement.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for Partner relationship management and driving go-to-market strategy and execution for all new loyalty partnerships at Albertsons. This will include nurturing existing partner relationships, identifying value creation opportunities. In addition, this position will have responsibility for the end-to-end partner onboarding experience including financial management, product and marketing support and executive reviews of partner performance.
The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA or in of our main offices Seattle, WA.
Main responsibilities
Partner relationship management, including identifying incremental value creation opportunities to deepen relationships with existing Partners and continue to grow the business impact derived from partnerships Full responsibility for go-to-market enablement of new partners, including identifying product and customer experience needs and defining the right marketing support model based on partnership tier Track, measure and analyze the performance of partnerships and partner marketing campaigns, building a cadence of executive reviews with partner and internal stakeholders Conduct market assessments to influence go-forward partnerships strategy and roadmap Manage the Partnerships P&L Lead a team to conceive ad hoc programs to maximize acquisition and engagement of loyalty members through partner channelsThe salary range is $95,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
What we are searching for
Bachelors degree. MBA highly preferred. 8+ years of relevant business experience 4+ years’ experience and demonstrated abilities in leading teams, developing people, and managing projects Comfort with ambiguity and ability to establish and drive innovation pipelines. Strong experience in building digital products and experiences Strong financial and business acumen required High level of executive presence needed for this role Proven ability to combine customer insights, product requirements and business analytics for defining a comprehensive and profitable strategy. Expert in developing and executing marketing strategies, plans, and tactics Expert in leading projects, cross functional teams, and influencing others, including senior leadership Ability to analyze multiple data sources, especially consumer trends and insights, and draw strong conclusions Exceptional project management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with the ability to act with a sense of urgency, commitment, and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Travel: Limited
