We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access practitioner to join our business in Sydney.
The Senior Manager, Market Access, will play a key role working cross functionally to develop, implement and manage market access strategies for our innovative and generic businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance market access for our products, ensuring that patients can benefit from our innovative and generic therapies.
• Develop and implement market access strategies to optimize product availability and reimbursement.
• Manage and advise on all aspects of pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Government Affairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as payers, healthcare institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead initiatives to demonstrate the value and outcomes of Teva's products to decision-makers.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, policy changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Monitor and work with Teva on the Policy landscape understanding the important role of Innovative, generic medicines and R&D.
• Manage all relevant market access activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in market access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven ability to work with and in cross-functional teams or work groups
• Strong strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to identify and understand complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to senior management and across functional areas
