Senior Manager, Marketing Data Analytics

Marketing Analytics

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics role is responsible for performing analysis for marketing campaigns and understanding how marketing is impacting the business. Under limited supervision, this job evaluates data from advertising platforms, web analytics, and other marketing related sources in conjunction with business outcomes to generate reporting that is distributed to marketing stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

Work cross-functionally with marketing strategy and execution teams to holistically understand marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with data science teams to develop measurement strategies that align with the goals of the business.

Develop dashboard requirements for business intelligence teams to build.

Conduct ongoing analysis of in-market campaigns to provide insight and optimization recommendations.

Provide post-campaign reporting utilizing marketing and business data to all marketing stakeholders

Carry out ad hoc analysis for marketing stakeholders

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required

Work Experience

3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $130,000/yr. - $180,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
