Lead Marketing Transformation as the Senior Manager, Marketing Mix & Media Analytics.

Reporting to the Head of Business Analytics, you’ll lead a team responsible for turning data into actionable insights that guide marketing and advertising campaigns, trade optimization , and ultimately foster a culture of data-driven decision making.

 

 What you will do:

In this role, you and your team will develop comprehensive analytics frameworks that connect marketing activities to business outcomes. You'll oversee our marketing mix modeling program, lead performance monitoring initiatives, and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Your expertise will drive success across three core areas:

Business Performance Analytics Design and implement marketing performance measurement frameworks Lead root cause analyses to identify drivers of business performance Develop frameworks and solutions that surface actionable insights Partner with business leaders to translate analytics into action plans Media Measurement & Optimization Guide media mix optimization through advanced analytics Evaluate channel performance and recommend allocation strategies Develop attribution models to understand cross-channel impact Partner with media agencies to drive execution excellence Marketing Mix Modeling Lead the development and execution of marketing mix and attribution models Transform model outputs into clear strategic recommendations Collaborate with vendors to continuously improve modeling approaches

 

 What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field, such as statistics or  mathematics, plus 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is preferred. 4 years of additional work experience can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement.  8+ years’ experience in an analytics role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for motivating teams and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members Strong background in statistical analysis Circana/ Nielsen Point of Sales and Shopper Panel experience highly desirable.  Deep expertise in data analysis, marketing mix modeling, and media measurement Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like SQL, Python, and/or R, Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Good understanding of data visualization and programming languages such as SQL.  Ability to derive insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively. Able to translate data to actionable insights Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and methodologies. CPG and/ or Apparel experience is a plus
