**Job Overview:**

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to join our marketing team and optimize operations across Motion Recruitment’s brands, including Tech in Motion.
As the **Senior Manager, Marketing Operations** , you’ll lead marketing operations, processes, and analytics to ensure alignment with business goals and drive demand generation success. You’ll oversee marketing technology, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity, collaborating across teams to deliver measurable results.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Marketing Operations Leadership
+ Develop and maintain scalable marketing processes, systems, and workflows.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead management, campaign performance, and pipeline efficiency.
+ Partner with head of marketing on marketing planning, team organization & tracking.
Demand Generation Support
+ Partner with marketing leadership to drive customer-centric marketing programs, specifically demand generation strategies, and align them with business goals.
+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.
+ Manage the automation and operations of cross-channel campaigns to enhance efficiency and results.
Data and Analytics
+ Leverage dashboards to track marketing KPIs, pipeline metrics, and campaign success.
+ Assist and help drive attribution, from execution to evolving our current model.
+ Conduct regular reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders, partnering with the head of marketing to create regular cadences and execute monthly & quarterly reports.
+ Drive a data-driven culture by integrating analytics into decision-making processes.
MarTech Execution & Management
+ Optimize and manage marketing technologies, including CRM (Bullhorn) and automation tools. Own marketing automation program alongside Customer team.
+ Lead the evaluation and integration of marketing tools and systems.
+ Oversee data governance and reporting to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
Operational Excellence
+ Train and develop team members on processes and technology best practices.
+ Ensure compliance with privacy laws and data security standards.
+ Document & continuously refine workflows to enhance productivity and scalability.
Field Marketing Strategy & Oversight
+ Manage the Marketing Integration Lead in her programs to align local and national marketing initiatives, support sales enablement, and drive regional revenue growth.
+ Provide operational support, training, and tools to empower regional teams, ensuring brand compliance and effective campaign execution.

+ Skilled in aligning marketing efforts with business goals to drive measurable outcomes.
+ Strong communicator and collaborator, able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
+ Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex projects and data systems.
**What are the qualifications to apply:**
+ Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or analytics, ideally in staffing, a service industry or tech.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in MarTech: CRM systems (Bullhorn or HubSpot preferred), marketing automation tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Bonus Points: Experience with inbound and outbound optimization, account-based marketing, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, 6sense).
