The Senior Manager - Marketing Strategy is responsible for leading all aspects of, developing, and delivering best-in-class strategic digital marketing campaigns and promotions that drive incremental revenue, customer engagement, and loyalty program growth and engagement. This position and your team will be responsible for all marketing planning, strategy, creative briefing, and managing of omnichannel marketing programs from strategy through execution, measurement, and reporting, and will use data and insights to make strategic, customer-first and business positive decisions.
+ Leads and implements an innovative, modernized marketing strategy for United Airlines, and drives measurable, impactful results and proven return-on-investments.
+ Leads and mentors an effective, efficient team of Marketing Managers, using marketing standard methodologies and data
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams and business partners and external vendors to launch best-in-class campaigns, and presents to senior and executive leadership on marketing plan
+ Ensures efficient optimization of campaigns and encourages a test and learn culture to guarantee effective, personalized campaigns that drive maximum customer and business value. Handles the intake of marketing requests, resources, marketing plans, and a content calendar to enhance process efficiency and messaging.
+ Leads a strategic, customer journey-based marketing calendar and roadmap that drives a positive customer experience, loyalty and business outcomes
+ Develops a successful marketing strategy, guides their team in crafting effective marketing briefs, and implements omnichannel marketing plans using various customer-facing digital channels.
+ Responsible for digital channels including but not limited to paid, direct and onsite channels such as paid media and paid social, SEO and SEM, email, SMS and push, and owned and operated channels including united.com, mobile app, and airport and onboard channels

**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
+ 7+ years of relevant experience
+ Marketing, B2C communications and/or advertising agency or consulting experience for major global brands, clients or enterprises
+ Experience leading a team
+ Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team
+ Ability to collaborate with and influence wide range of senior leaders, partners and customers
+ Ability to manage a large-scale marketing budget with measurable return on investment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent presentation skills and experience
+ Strong leadership and executive presence
+ Strong project management skills
+ Excellent analytical skills
+ Ability to adapt to changing business environment and priorities
+ Ability to grow as a subject matter expert
+ Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and creative thinking
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
