Develop a robust strategy to bring this key program to life, revisit and revise based on the changing needs of our customer.Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly analysis of program to understand strengths and areas of opportunity. Report to team on a weekly basis progress towards goals and CTAsMeet with Flash Deals team bi-weekly to review upcoming placements, negotiate additional visibility, voice pain points team is having, pitch opportunities or visibility or product updates.MP Spotlights:
Support the team by offering ideas and metrics on past event performance to inform upcoming event pitches. Attend L1 QSPs and manage the consolidation and review of spotlight intakes. Pressure test forecasts and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and roadmap initiatives. Ensure SAMs are accountable for spotlight due dates (CTAs) Support reporting by creating an email template for reporting on spotlights. Work with the site team to develop solutions for in-event opportunities based on performance.Omni (x-site) campaigns

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
