Senior Manager, Med-D Oversight

The Sr Manager will play a critical role in building the processes and infrastructure to establish a new department and will have ownership and accountability over activities related to understanding Med-D regulatory requirements and the impacts across the Finance Operations Department. They will also be responsible for building a team culture of trust and accountability where people feel comfortable taking risks, owning processes, and growing their careers. The Sr Manager will be tasked with establishing a close relationship with our Regulatory partners as well as partnering with leaders across the Finance Operations organization in order to ensure that Finance Operations is performing at the highest level of compliance with regulatory requirements. They will work with their team and other leaders to establish a successful and impactful oversight program that is able to report on the health and status of Med-D within Finance Operations and provide accountability for other leaders to ensure strategies are being developed to resolve risks. They will also manage Med-D reporting and own the process of identifying CMS required triggering events to submit maintenance of business adjustments to Adjustment Services. **Required Qualifications** · 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience · 5+ years of experience leading a team and developing talent **Preferred Qualifications** · Knowledge of Medicare Part D · General PBM experience and knowledge · Skilled in project management · Ability to deliver formal presentations to a wide range of audiences including senior leadership · Experience creating and monitoring controls · Strong relationship building and collaboration skills · Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives · Ability to quickly grasp a new subject and cultivate subject matter expertise to become a resource for all questions and requests related to this domain area within the department and organization · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to manage through all levels of the organization · Ability to function effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment **Education** · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required **This role doe not support sponsorship at this time** **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
