Senior Manager, Media Finance
Overview The PepsiCo North America Beverages Media team is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications strategies across PepsiCo's US Beverage portfolio with the goal of best connecting PepsiCo's brands with consumers. The group is accountable for maximizing PepsiCo's significant media investment while simultaneously identifying and applying innovative and emerging media platforms across the portfolio. The Media Strategy group also owns the day-to-day relationship with the media community, media planning and buying agencies and ultimately serves as liaison between the media marketplace and PepsiCo's marketing department. The Senior Manager, Media Finance, will oversee budgets for PBNA media across national, local and co-op spend. This includes process management for all media channels inclusive of television, radio, digital, outdoor and print spends. This position is responsible for operating cash flow, intercompany accounting, Budget/PO management & payment of all invoices to multiple agencies. This role includes partnering with key contacts across the organization Responsibilities Lead the forecasting of the operating cash flow for PBNA Sector and all Divisions including presentation to PBNA Control leadership. This includes building relationships with key business partners in providing and continually improving forecasts Deliver flawless management and expectation of the media budget for the current year, close out last year and plan for next year. Perform mock quarter closes to ensure complete budget alignment between brand, media and multiple agencies Lead Topside Adjustment Calculation to determine Co-Op fall out for repurpose in current budget year Control and track all reserves, holds & releases Oversee the intercompany accounting and reporting from end to end ensuring that all Division transactions are recorded with no material variances Lead Ad hoc projects as requested Ensure team meets all SOX control Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant accounting experience strongly desired Bachelor's degree required. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of SAP Supervisory experience.
