Senior Manager, Network Management Dental

Position Summary This position has accountability for managing a designated team of dental network recruiters (approximately 8-12 employees) and recruitment campaigns. Is additionally responsible for maintaining, reinforcing, and fostering important growth initiatives for network improvement. Hybrid role: Candidates must be commutable distance to any office location. The posting locations are not all inclusive. Key Responsibilities + Hiring key talent, which is deployed to grow the dental networks in assigned territories or nationally. + Produces and reports team and individual results based on departmental metrics. + Develops processes to collect and maintain accurate and current provider information. + Presents dental network capabilities and creatively problem solves for clients, consultants, providers, and other external health care professionals. + Assists in the development of policies and delivery systems in conjunction with the network. + Engages to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met. + Demonstration of meeting leadership skills and team development. Required Qualifications + Minimum 5 years Team lead, people manager, sales/account management or project management experience leading projects or initiatives. + Knowledge of current health insurance marketplace and terminology + Proven working knowledge of provider financial and operational issues as they relate to health insurance. + Consistently meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and organizational awareness + Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel, clients, and providers. + Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays (20% and as assigned) + Experience building strong relationships – Externally and Internally + PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Teams Preferred Qualifications + Candidates to reside in East or Central time zones. + Working knowledge of CRM software (ex. Salesforce, etc.) + Dental network provider relations or recruitment experience + Solid focus on fee analysis and negotiations + Proven problem-solving ability and skills to address customer concerns. Education & Certification Requirements + Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
