Senior Manager, Omnichannel Pharmacy Experience

An aptitude for using data and insights to inform strategy, a passion for the customer experience, and bringing easy-to-use solutions to life is essential to the role. Engaging and inspiring a small team and building strong partnerships across many cross-functional colleagues are also key components to success. The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Pharmacy Experience, will be required to interface with various stakeholders including digital product, digital engineering, store operations, the retail field organization, data and analytics partners, marketing and voice of customer partners, IT teams, and senior leaders within retail and across the enterprise. Responsibilities include: + Leading the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of multiple new strategic initiatives to simplify and streamline patient’s fill experience (including but not limited to the ability for our patients to transfer their prescriptions) + Developing strategic perspective on an existing or a new enterprise pharmacy opportunity (e.g., high-potential products and services) including sizing and assessing the markets, identifying risks/benefits of opportunities, and recommending growth strategies within the fill experience scope + Partnering with our technology teams to implement solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients and managing the ongoing success of these solutions + Leading and motivating a team of junior colleagues by setting direction and prioritizing work, developing skills and competencies needed to succeed, and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met + Scoping and managing quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand – or providing feedback to a junior team member + Monitoring and evaluating customer and colleague feedback to identify areas of improvement that will drive value to the organization + Morphing between the role of “player” or “coach” depending on what is needed at that time to accomplish results, with an emphasis on “coach” + Developing a “story” and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development + 2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues + 3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life + **Travel requirements** – up to 10% travel expected, based on needs of the business **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with pharmacy workflow **Education** Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
