Senior Manager, Operations, Wholesale

Reporting to the AVP, Business Development - Operations, the Sr. Manager, Operations will be responsible for building and managing processes related to domestic and international growth for WHOOP’s wholesale business across logistics, business systems, analytics, trade compliance, and P&L management. Responsibilities:Support building proposals for new retailer launches. Partner with Legal, Accounting & Engineering on country level tax certifications, hardware registrations, and packaging requirements for new country and/or retailer launches. Own communications internally with respect to retailer launch status and any operations related bottlenecks impacting progress. Collaborate with Strategic Finance on LTV/CAC model and pricing & promotion strategies for new geographies. Create and own P&L by retailer/marketplace and geography, providing insights and driving margin improvements through cross-functional collaboration.Define S&OP and SLA improvements with WHOOP’s 3PL related to pack-out, shipments, returns, and more. Own roadmaps for business systems & analytics with respect to NetSuite, EDI, and Looker optimizations. Assist with next generation planning of WHOOP products, including packaging requirements, inventory transitions, reverse logistics, and updates to internal/external systems & tools. Identify synergies between the operations and marketing arms of the wholesale business. Flex as required to support additional business needs, including solving operational queries proactively with existing retailers.Qualifications: 8+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, and/or trade compliance in a startup environment.Experience with Amazon and/or marketplaces is strongly preferred.Experience with marketing is a plus. Brings a mix of a data driven and operational mindset to the table. Excellent business acumen, negotiation and communication skills. Curious, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field.Self-starter; not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be an individual contributor Day 1. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Passion for fitness, health & technology.Willingness to travel to retailers and trade shows (up to 20%).This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
