Position: Senior Manager, Operations

Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066

Duties: Works with the Invoicing and Billing Team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely invoices. Works on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently, including tracking outstanding invoices, issuing statements, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies. Employs advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develops data-driven solutions for optimizing invoicing and billing processes. Develops and implements project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress against goals, and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely client invoicing. Operates proficiently in relevant invoicing and billing software to automate processes, generate accurate invoices, manage client data, and integrate with accounting systems. Proactively identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with invoicing processes, such as client disputes or delays in receiving payments. This may involve implementing escalation procedures and developing contingency plans. Creates training materials and presentations to educate cross-functional teams, on operational processes and best practices for delivering a superior invoicing experience to clients. Utilize knowledge of financial data regulations to ensure compliance during internal and external audits, safeguarding the organization's financial integrity. Analyzes invoicing and billing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Automates workflows or streamline data collection processes.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or related area; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Skills required: Experience developing advanced Excel tools to track KPIs and optimize client facing processes. Experience using Tableau-powered analysis of financial data driving efficiency and business transformation proposals. Experience utilizing key financial ratios to assess and improve client account health. Experience creating training materials to align cross-functional teams on operational processes and workflows. Demonstrated knowledge of financial data regulations to ensure compliance during audits. Experience creating organization-wide standardized SOPs ensuring policy and procedure consistency. Experience designing automated and scalable processes to handle a growing business. Experience using SQL queries to extract and analyze data for invoicing and reporting purposes. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $134,100/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
