How you will make contributions that matter...
Oversee multiple plants accounting functions and ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data.
Oversee multiple plants monthly accounting cycles, inclusive of review of accruals, journal entries and variance reporting.
Responsible for reviewing multiple plants weekly forecast and monthly financial reporting; including explanations and financial story of plant’s performance.
Business advisor to multiple plant’s leadership team regarding the financial performance. Analyze, interpret and communicate data needed for sound business and financial decision-making.
Understand multiple plants business process and flow as it impacts plant’s financials.
Oversee multiple plants inventory process to ensure accuracy of inventory and adherence to corporate policy.
Mentor and develop multiple plants accounting team to maximize team performance.
Responsible for reviewing multiple plants annual budget; including monitoring and creating standardization between plants.
Support multiple plants on ERP functions as it relates to inventory, purchasing, accounts payable, and raw material balancing.
Lead project team to create efficiencies, standardization, and alignment for operational accounting. In addition, reviewing, auditing, and optimizing current processes to validate they are effective and to provide continues improvement to the team.
Create and prepare additional reporting as required by senior leadership.
Communicate, interact, and problem solve effectively with all personnel, all departments, sister plants and all levels of management to ensure the smooth operation of the process.
Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required; dairy processing background preferred.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite required, especially Excel. In addition, SAP system preferred.
Must possess strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
Must be detail-oriented, possess good time management and be able to multi-task.
Ability to lead, influence, motivate people, and promote quality, safety, and teamwork.
Ability to work flexible hours - weekends and holidays.
Travel up to 50% with overnight required.

Salary Range: $102,170 to $134,100
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
