Senior Manager, Operations Integration & Governance - Decatur, IL
This is a permanent, full-time, exempt-level position located in Decatur, IL.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Operations Integration & Governance will be responsible to structure and improve process maturity of Plan to Deliver, helping to standardize and enhance global operations and supply chain process.
Additionally, the scope of the position includes being able to lead projects of different disciplines into continuous improvement, Risk and Control (SOX), and Technology Discovery and implementation across all businesses and facilities within the ADM network.
The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:Create and maintain a platform of communication including, share points, glossary, repository of documentation, versioning, executive materials, onboard materials, process Flows, etc.Establish and facilitate global discussions of Operation and Supply Chain process, articulating global agenda with our senior Process Advisory GroupProvide change management support into a transformationTransformation lead able to manage and prioritize our list of programs, projects, Budget, value case and other non-project initiativesDevelop and maintain our Risk and Control roadmap for Plan to Deliver Department:Scope and Plan SOX controls for P2DSupport testing and organize necessary resourcesSecurity RolesStrategy development, be responsible to integrate Planning, Make, Quality, Inventory, Warehouse, Deliveries and EHS into one concise strategy deckIntegration - Be a catalyst of integration points inside P2D processesWork with our data team to create analytics, KPIs and innovative solutions that can unlock capacity and reduce cost in our operationsWorking as the key linkage between business process and the 1ADM efforts make sure that tools are aligned to processesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management, Engineering or a similar technical discipline5+ years of relevant work experience in project managementHigh level skills in influencing, partnering and building consensus with stakeholders at all levels, providing well-grounded direction, recommendations and delivering on executional excellenceExperience in Project/Program Management, with experience in leading successful technology implementationOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills necessary to communicate strategy as well as tactical plans across all business levelsStrong familiarity with managing supply chain activities at a manufacturing siteUnderstanding of financial concepts and ability to link to decision support processesStrong leadership skills that translate to working in a highly complex and operationally diverse environment as well as with integrating key touchpointsStrong change management skills and concepts; ability to work, influence, and gain consensus across multiple functionsPreferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferredLean and/or Six Sigma Master/Black/Green belt certifications/background Food or Pharmaceutical industry experience Languages:Fluent in EnglishTravel Requirement: Ability to travel 10-25% with some international travel (if needed)
