Senior Manager, Organizational Development

Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first). **Job Summary** : The Senior Manager of Organizational Development (OD) will build innovative solutions that enable our company mission to “create an Experience of a Lifetime for our employees and guests” and our HR vision to “empower leaders to deliver Epic Service to each other and our guests”. The ideal candidate brings outside-in expertise in organizational development and strength in systems thinking to elevate our portfolio of OD offerings to drive talent and business impact. Vail Resorts is a growth company, and this role will play an essential part in building the organizational capability required to deliver on business priorities today and in the future. This role will report to the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development and be a pivotal member of the Learning & Organizational Development leadership team. **Job Specifications:** + Outlet: Corporate + The budgeted range starts at $103,596 - $140,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience + Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round + Other Specifics: Hybrid / Remote   **Job Responsibilities: ** + Leads organizational development priorities for Vail Resorts – bringing best-practice expertise to build and refine scalable solutions that enable the organization’s capability to drive business outcomes + Leverage systems thinking to create scalable solutions in service to prioritized talent strategies. Proactively assess, develop, and refine solutions to address organizational needs, workforce skills requirements and gaps, and competencies required to drive the business forward + Partner across the Talent community of expertise in building talent solutions in service of business outcomes + Advise cross-functional HR partners and business stakeholders on the application of OD solutions, including interventions that leverage innovative modalities aligned to our leadership, learning, and service-based culture + Foster a culture of leadership, learning, and development through a sustainable ecosystem. Drive engagement and active learning and development through norms within Vail Resorts to ensure employees can grow effectively through systemic tools and processes + Embrace agile processes and practices to accelerate and improve the Learning & Organizational Development and HR functions   **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred. + Expertise in organizational development best practices + 8+ years leading talent initiatives, preferably in a medium-large company or consultancy + Strong consultative skills to provide impactful guidance and advice + Self-driven with capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders, members of the HR team + Proven track record of designing engaging and impactful solutions that improve performance + Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment + Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables The expected Total Compensation for this role is $103,596 - $140,000 + annual bonus.
