Senior Manager, Packaging
Position Summary... What you'll do... Job Summary This position will be focused on structural packaging defects, industry packaging standards, and packaging automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in package testing and industry standards. What you'll do: + Work with Automation Engineering and Operations to determine valid packaging defects + Work with Suppliers to develop both long term and short term strategies to eliminate packaging defects + Develop packaging standards to better equip supplier packaging to perform through the Walmart Supply Chain + Present metrics on packaging improvements to leadership teams + Work with Merchants to influence new supplier packaging initiatives What you'll bring + 5-7 years packaging experience + Effective Communication Skills + Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment + Bachelors of Packaging, or related Engineering Degree This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an exciting, fast-paced environment within a leading global company.
