Senior Manager, Parcel Site Operations
About the Team DoorDash Drive seeks a Senior Manager to lead fulfillment strategy and site operations for our expanding new verticals. DoorDash Drive is our company's hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The Fulfillment team is responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and operations across each vertical. About the Role The Sr. Manager, Parcel Site Operations will lead the end-to-end fulfillment strategy, profitability, and operations for one of our newest and fastest-growing verticals. Drive’s growth depends on being the industry's most cost-efficient and best-in-class operational platform. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations, this role requires proximity to one of our fulfillment centers and includes 10-20% travel. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… + Own business outcomes – Own cost and efficiency metrics across 50+ fulfillment sites, driving operational excellence and strategic improvements. + Lead and develop teams – Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence while ensuring strong retention and engagement. + Influence at scale – Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Government Relations to enhance profitability, enable growth, and shape the future of one of DoorDash’s biggest bets. + Drive execution – Lead the strategy, development, and rollout of new product capabilities and operational initiatives to optimize dispatch throughput and fulfillment efficiency. + Expand and scale operations – Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed, quality, and scalability while ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness across all logistics operations. + Manage P&L and strategic direction – Own the financial performance of your vertical, translating multi-year strategies into budgets and operating plans while identifying key opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains. Compensation The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
