Senior Manager, Partner Solutions, Paramount Brand Studio

  

 

 

Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Manager to join the Paramount Brand Studios Pitch team, a client-facing group that delivers innovative content and marketing solutions to meet advertiser objectives. Using Paramount’s extensive portfolio of brands, programming, and creative assets, the Pitch team leads the end-to-end pre-sell process, crafting strategic multi-platform campaigns that drive client success.

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Senior Manager collaborates with Advertising Sales and internal marketing teams to develop custom proposals and revenue-generating advertising solutions across diverse client categories. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

We’re looking for a creative, strategic communicator with strong written, visual, and verbal skills. Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development of convergent, multiplatform proposals generated from respective Holding Companies Build the strategic approach and campaign architecture in response to a Request For Proposal Lead complex pitches that span multiple advertising products and multiple Paramount brands Budget for marketing programs, ensuring the solution is competitive with the marketplace, efficient for the client, and profitable for Paramount Liaise across internal marketing functions and guide partners towards the development of compelling and strategic proposals Propel proactive opportunities and distill information into critical selling points Spearhead cross-functional collaboration to develop multi-touchpoint big ideas Maintain a pulse on the media industry and how to define our Creative Solutions value proposition against competition

 


Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of media or marketing experience at a media company, tech, creative agency, or brand with an emphasis on custom marketing solutions or partnerships and strategy

 


Additional Qualifications:

Fantastic storytelling, writing, and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives Solid understanding of culture with a deep knowledge of various online platforms, content formats, and influencer trends Talent in distilling complex information into simple, memorable terms that sales and clients can grasp and act upon Ability to multi-task and handle various project elements simultaneously, with shown experience of working efficiently and cross-functionally Proficiency in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides) with a strong attention to visual appeal Experience empowering employees, granting them the authority to voice their opinions and take ownership of their assignments

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $115,000.00 - 127,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
