About the position: Senior Manager People Partner – Walmart US Omni & Platforms Technology  

This is a Strategic Individual Contributor Role. The role of this People Partner will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor. 

You’ll be a great fit if you have: 

Strong understanding of HR practices and ability to drive consistent execution. Global HR experience in a Tech and highly matrixed environment. Workforce re-deployment experience based on changing needs of the business. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business.  Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize headcount and attract top talent.  Knowledge and experience in software or hardware engineering, network engineering, systems infrastructure, information systems, technical program management, product management, or data science, or data engineering organizations - Sound judgment and experience in coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
