Senior Manager, People Analytics & Reporting

From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Primary Purpose of this Position:** As Senior Manager, People Analytics at Ball Corporation, you will be a pivotal member of the HR team, representing the people analytics function across the organization at all levels of seniority. This role involves articulating and executing a clear vision and strategy for people analytics, managing and enhancing technologies for data enablement, and ensuring that analytics are usable, actionable, and valuable both for current operations and as future needs evolve. **What will you be responsible for?** + Strategy Development: Provide a vision and strategic framework for people analytics that supports scalable, efficient, straightforward and complex data analysis. + Consultation and Problem Solving: Work closely with HR leaders to pinpoint key business challenges addressable through data analysis and enhanced data transparency. + Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and implement detailed data analyses, create insightful visualizations, and perform predictive analytics to furnish actionable insights to the organization. Metrics and Scorecards: Define and monitor key performance metrics, develop scorecards, and lead initiatives aimed at performance improvement. + Best Practices and Strategy Implementation: Craft and execute strategies that promote best practices within HR practices. + Tool and Capability Improvement: Actively enhance self-service reporting and analytics tools, ensuring ongoing refinement and usability. + Data Privacy and Risk Management: Align all data activities with strict data privacy standards and promote a risk-aware culture, maintaining compliance with essential standards and processes. Forecasting and Data Management: Create models for forecasting to provide strategic insights and oversee the integration and management of extensive data sets to aid decision-making. **What are we looking for?** + Bachelor's degree in Data Science/IO Psychology or related field with preference towards Masters degree in Data Science/IO Psychology + 5+ Years experience in People Analytics or Data Science + Strategic Planning and Visioning + Leadership and Influence + Data Science and People Analytics + Global Program Management + Analytical and Reporting Skills **Compensation & Benefits:** + The preferred location for this role is our Westminster, CO campus; but we will consider a remotecandidate, dependent on experience, qualifications and willingness to engage in regular travel to Colorado.[Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.] + **Hiring Salary Range:** $106,100 - $161,920 (Salary to be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) + This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan. + Ball includes a comprehensive benefits structure, Go to our career site and click "Total Rewards" to learn more. **Ball Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
