Senior Manager, Performance Improvement
The Senior Manager, Performance Improvement is responsible for contributing to the development and translation of the company strategy into performance targets (Key Performance Indicators) and for implementing a framework for the same in the organization both onshore and offshore to drive well and rig performance.

The Senior Manager, Performance Improvement is responsible for ensuring that the prerequisites (people, processes and systems) for continuous improvement i.e., target setting, performance tracking and experience transfer is implemented across the fleet.

The Senior Manager, Performance Improvement is the Business Process Owner of relevant processes for driving continuous improvement e.g. the daily operations reports and the knowledge sharing process (lessons learned).QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 10 years’ experience in management positions within the oil exploration industryProven track record of strong leadership skillsProficient in business administration and commercial activities. Good knowledge of mathematics, computer literate, with good verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 5 years of experience within Performance Management

ESSENTIAL FUNCITONSDevelop strategies and standards for the company to continuously optimize performanceFollow up on fleet performance and report same to senior management and create transparency throughout the organization on sameDrive continuous improvement initiatives/ projects in the organizationResponsible for Performance enhancing service available to the customer e.g., performance leads and workshops and for supporting the rig management and commercial functions in selling of the sameOverall responsible for the lessons learned and the Performance data repositoryResponsible for supporting commercial functions in tender process and contractual negotiations with performance dataDrive offshore standardization where it matters in relation to performanceDevelop, manage and lead the Operations Performance Team to be a high performing team in compliance with the employee handbook and be a culture bearer of company valuesContributor for the budget within Operations PerformanceEnsure external and internal reporting is according to policies and procedures
