IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7 major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance

The Senior Manager will be a part of the Global Planning function. In this role, they will serve as the Global Plan Business Process Owner for the IM Transcend Program, responsible for driving functional alignment on PLAN process and value creation. They will be the strategic partner for business leadership within the PLAN function and will advise PLAN leaders on Transcend functional strategy. This role requires critical thinking, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence partners at all levels. They must be able to demonstrate a combination critical thinking and deep operational understanding of Planning processes and ERP programs to achieve transformation goals of IM Transcend. They will partner with the Transcend Plan Global Template Owner to ensure alignment of global template to business needs in partnership with Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) Process Owners, in alignment with clean core principles.

Key Responsibilities:

PLAN Ariba SCC Design Lead

Responsible for Value Identification and Value Capture for the PLAN global organization and supplier collaborationDrive standardization and harmonization of process design within the S4 template while ensuring the regional/local needs are effectively metIdentify standardization and automation opportunities to Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, Control Tower) with GPEX Process OwnersPartner with GPEX to ensure PLAN capability roadmap needs are captured and changes consideredDesign workshop preparation, support, and attendanceUser Requirement generation, collection, and validationProcess Flow Mapping and Data Readiness activities (cleansing and validation efforts)

PLAN Test Script Approver and Release Coordinator

Approve the business simulation testing scope is appropriately testing the business process and capabilities neededActively participate in Business Simulation and User Acceptance TestingCoordinate schedule to communicate progress and timelines to Senior LT

PLAN Deployment Liaison

Connect across the PLAN functions and E2E Transcend deployment lead to support successful launch of given releaseSupport site and region/country specific PLAN changes for a given release

Experience and Skills:

Required:

At least 8 years of progressive experience in roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programsStrong background / proficiency in PLAN processes and systemsBusiness process design, engineering, or optimization experienceAbility to articulate complex project details clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to senior executivesCrafting compelling presentations that effectively convey key project information, including risks, timelines, and achievementsAbility to engage with diverse partners, including senior executives, to handle expectations and address concernsConsistent track record of cross-functional influencing and achieving organizational alignment through all levels

Preferred:

Experience in completing SAP ERP implementation cycles (e.g., Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Hypercare)Source or MRP proficiencyExperience in crafting and deploying supplier collaboration tools (SCC, SNC, etc.)

Other:

This position will require up to 25% of domestic and international travel time

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120,000 to 207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
