About the Role
As Senior Manager of Pricing Analytics, you will lead and oversee Kohl’s pricing analysis. You will effectively manage a team, drive data-driven decision-making and align analytics initiatives with Kohl’s business goals.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all pricing analytics activities, including partnering with stakeholders toward the development and implementation of analytics-based pricing strategies
Utilize predictive modeling, experimentation, statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to understand price elasticities and optimize pricing decisions
Implement and promote a test-and-learn approach to pricing strategies, experimenting with different methodologies to identify the most effective solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and addressing their analytical needs
Present findings, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring all communications are clear, concise and tailored to the audience
Lead, manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts and data scientists
Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field
7+ years of analytics experience
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering quality results
Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to align analytics with business goals
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership
Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of the retail industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred
Master’s degree
Prior experience in pricing analytics
