Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics (Hybrid or Remote)
About the Role As Senior Manager of Pricing Analytics, you will lead and oversee Kohl’s pricing analysis. You will effectively manage a team, drive data-driven decision-making and align analytics initiatives with Kohl’s business goals. What You’ll Do + Oversee all pricing analytics activities, including partnering with stakeholders toward the development and implementation of analytics-based pricing strategies + Utilize predictive modeling, experimentation, statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to understand price elasticities and optimize pricing decisions + Implement and promote a test-and-learn approach to pricing strategies, experimenting with different methodologies to identify the most effective solutions + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and addressing their analytical needs + Present findings, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring all communications are clear, concise and tailored to the audience + Lead, manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts and data scientists + Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement + Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required + Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field + 7+ years of analytics experience + Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams + Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering quality results + Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to align analytics with business goals + Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership + Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of the retail industry. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) Preferred + Master’s degree + Prior experience in pricing analytics
