**What You'll Do...**
+ **Manage Communications** : Drive product development initiatives by providing updates to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Identify potential issues during the product lifecycle, investigate causes, perform root cause analysis, recommend and implement solutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ **Manage Sourcing Activities** : Ensure necessary sourcing documents are completed according to timelines. Validate data and documentation for accuracy, work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate audit reporting, and assist sourcing managers in completing special projects.
+ **Develop and Manage Product Specifications** : Collaborate with internal and external partners to determine product needs, drive initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure alignment. Conduct industry benchmarking, review and manage sample assortments, create product specifications, submit approvals, provide reports through the development process, and perform visual in-store reviews to evaluate products against specifications.
+ **Direct Implementation of Product Strategies** : Conduct research to gain insight into customer needs, analyze data to determine business impact, streamline processes for product development and delivery, aggregate research information for business intelligence, and benchmark within the industry to identify trends and opportunities. Communicate protocols to teams and make recommendations to senior leaders on new or enhanced product offerings.
+ **Ensure Alignment with Merchandising Strategies** : Guide the creative direction for new products, collaborate with merchants, provide advice related to product strategies, track performance metrics, evaluate the product life cycle, work cross-functionally to develop options to address issues, resolve issues to minimize business disruption, and ensure communication to drive product development initiatives.
+ **Drive Execution of Business Plans and Projects** : Identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, provide resources, identify performance standards, measure progress, adjust performance, develop contingency plans, and demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning.
+ **Provide Supervision and Development Opportunities** : Select and train associates, mentor, assign duties, build a team-based work environment, establish performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, provide recognition and rewards, coach for success and improvement, and ensure diversity awareness.
+ **Promote and Support Company Policies** : Train and provide direction on company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Ensure compliance and support the Open Door Policy.
+ **Evaluate Business Needs** : Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives. Consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders, solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participate in and support community outreach events.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
