The Senior Manager of Product and Digital Web Experience will lead efforts to enhance digital web experiences, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable results. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the Stand Together web portfolio, driving strategy, execution, and innovation in collaboration with various stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Manager to ensure digital execution leads to a high- quality product with measurable outcomes. As the Senior Manager of Product and Digital Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing various digital experiences through performance, functionality, and overall user experience to help grow the business.How You Will ContributeDefine and support the overarching digital strategy, roadmap, and requirements for web projects (design, development, and optimization). Identify business value in collaboration with stakeholders, Marketing Communications (MarComms), and technology teams. Manage annual web roadmap planning and monthly sprint planning aligned with marketing strategies. Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams to execute tasks efficiently. Identify opportunities to enhance web functionality, user experience, and accessibility. Collaborate on prioritizing and defining features to improve web capabilities. Ensure clear communication, regular updates, and insights are shared with leadership.
Work with the Growth CRO process, including: Research and testing hypothesis development. A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Performance analytics to improve traffic, conversions, and asset consumption. Use KPIs and UX metrics to measure and track digital performance. Inform decisions to improve web experiences and address shortfalls in real time. Facilitate collaborative web development involving information architecture, usability, creative execution, and metrics reporting. Work with marketing business owners and SMEs to implement iterative and incremental website changes. Develop sustainable and scalable operations and project management frameworks to optimize resources. Prioritize projects that drive business impact. What You Will BringStrong background in digital product management, user experience (UX), and optimization. Experience managing Agile teams and executing iterative development. Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and decision-making. Expertise in growth methodologies (CRO), A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Agile methodologies (sprints, iterative delivery, Kanban). Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) processes. Analytics tools to track KPIs and UX metrics. Project management and resource coordination.
