Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Senior Manager, Product Management – IVR, ( Interactive Voice Response) will be responsible for leading the daily operations and shaping the long-term strategy of the IVR application. This high-visibility role involves overseeing the performance of our current IVR system and developing strategies, deployment plans, and future enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the IVR Self-Service team.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic vision for the IVR system, translating business goals into actionable product requirements.
Manage the full product lifecycle of the IVR self-service portfolio, including onboarding, ongoing optimization, and future roadmap planning.
Analyze customer behavior and user experience data to identify areas of friction, leveraging insights to develop new features and improvements.
Oversee budget allocation, tracking spend for product development and lifecycle activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among executives, peers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on the current product state and future goals.
Lead the prioritization of product improvements and allocate resources effectively to maximize customer experience and financial performance.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of tactics and initiatives, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to guide decision-making.
Document initiatives for product delivery, providing clear direction for development teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience, a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 20 years’ experience in a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated technical expertise in IVR and call center platforms.
Preferred:
Experience in the telecommunications or high-tech industry.
