Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified, dynamic, and experienced individual to join the Debit Processing Service (DPS) Operations team as Product Operations Manager. This role will focus on building data and riving and implementing business and customer insights with the objective of improving data driven decisions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product operations, and a proven record of accomplishment. This role will report to VP, DPS Operations

Key Responsibilities

Data Insights Design and Implementation:Develop and implement business and market insights to drive data-driven decisions.Best Practices Advocacy:Promote best practices in data instrumentation and ensure adherence to industry standards.Reporting:Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to provide actionable insights and support the decision-making process.Prepare team and executive level reports to inform operational health and performance.Automation:Identify and implement opportunities to automate data correlation processes, enhancing efficiency and visibility.Cross-functional Collaboration:Interface with product management, technology, commercialization, client services and other departments to identify and address areas of need to accelerate drive data-driven decisions.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDA data-driven mindset, healthy skepticism, with strong analytical skills and a deep curiosity about company data, demonstrated by your ability to derive actionable insights based on data analysis.Proven experience in a product operations or data analysis role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong cross-functional background partnering with product, sales, product, technology, and client services teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience in the technology, payments or software industry.Knowledge of industry best practices in data intelligence and market insights.Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135,200 to 172,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
