What is the Opportunity?

Would you like to be part of a dynamic work environment focusing on fraud and IT?  Then consider a Senior Manager, Program Management role with our Anti Money Laundering IT team.

What you will do?

Identify stakeholders and change management to support the impact of evolving regulatory needs

Establish and maintain overall program and project governance

Manage and report program financials

Collaborate with the peers and business stakeholders in project prioritization, formation and resourcing within assigned program

Ensure teams have robust and detailed project plans to support efficient and effective execution,

Champion strong governance in the program decision framework/methodologies

Mentor/coach project managers on project/program disciplines and contribute to the pipeline of continuous improvement in TMO processes

Resolve complex issues, conflicts and act as point of escalation for executive level where required

Provide superior client experience and strengthen relationship with stakeholder and internal/external partners

Provide senior management and executive with reporting and timely updates on strategic programs

Support activities to identify feasibility of meeting business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Ensure appropriate program/project closure in accordance with established processes and methodologies

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

7+ years’ experience leading large cross enterprise projects/programs with high level of value (benefit/cost), and very high level of complexity and uncertainty.

Expertise in managing AML IT projects.

Experience of leading Senior Executive Steering Committees and influence / impact decisions through information transparency

An attitude for success, proactive approach to program management, outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail, and passion for innovation

Expert knowledge of program and project plan development & management, scheduling methodology, Agile and iterative Waterfall methodologies, program and project metrics, analysis, and status reporting.

Advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills

Nice-to-have  

Undergraduate degree (preferred) - Preferably in Business, Technology or Financial Services

PMP/PgMP Certification

Agile/Scrum Certification(s)
