Job DescriptionarchOS is a multi-year transformational program, aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and modernizing our tech stacks and business processes. archOS enables our Consumer & Restaurant Platforms. archOS is an enterprise enabler that will set the foundation to support our larger digital ambitions and growth goals. This foundation will allow us to deliver capabilities at speed in a stable environment and will support new capabilities that are a part of our Digital Engagement Strategy.
This role will be a part of Global Technology function and Commercial Products & Platforms team, and will report to Senior Director, archOS. The Senior Manager, Program Management works with the archOS leadership team to manage the direction of the program. Key activities will be to facilitate executive communications, prepare materials for leadership meetings and ensure meeting actions are documented, followed-up and closed.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Prepare and run program leadership meetings, archOS team meetingsHighlighting upcoming milestones, risks, and dependencies,Tracking previous meetings actions and progress. Support the leadership in additional meetingsWork with the PMO team to identify and address cross-functional risks, and support the development and execution of mitigation plansSupport escalating risks to archOS Leadership.Assist program in creation and maintenance of program documentation, presentations and material. Work with the PMO team to support the maintenance of Enterprise Roadmaps, Leadership commitments and other PMO documentation as appropriate.Manage hot topics, coordinate meeting actions and follow ups.Qualifications6 – 8 years’ experience required: Prior corporate and global project management experience required with 6+ years managing projects.Bachelor’s degree in related field required: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; Agile Certifications preferred (e.g. PSM, CSM, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred.Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions in a global organisation.Confident and strong character with the ability to ensure that plans are kept to, and expectations are well managed.Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.Ability to create presentations and write business cases for senior leadership.Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple activities at a time.Data manipulation, analysis, and reportingStrong experience with MS Office.
