From your PASSION to ours
Managing capital expenditures and processing projects for the location. Provide leadership to recommend, plan and implement a wide variety of projects which support the company. Responsible for the preparation of overall programs and process direction to provide productivity and quality improvements in the operational efficiencies of plant operations, including optimum use of facilities and equipment layout, operations analysis for continuous improvement, product quality, labor engineering and budgeting.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study is required – master’s degree preferred

Experience

 5-7 years of experience in managing complex projects and installations is requiredPrior food industry project management experience is required – dairy industry is preferred

Specialized Knowledge

Agri-food industry technology and processes, project or product engineering in food or dairy processing plant, knowledge of main dairy process equipment (HTST, separator, membrane systems, mechanical, electrical and control systems associated) and FDA and USDA regulationsFamiliar with the following trades: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Utilities, and Construction

Computer Skills: including but not limited to Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Salary Description $90,000 - $130,000
