Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and anticipating future opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Be the voice of Altus to our clients, effectively communicating project objectives, results, and technical insights in a way that instills confidence and trust.

Go beyond transactional relationships to become a trusted partner and advisor to our clients, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Collaborate with clients to define project scope and develop action plans that align with their goals and objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.

Keep a close eye on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or challenges to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.

Effectively manage consultant workload across projects, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right tasks at the right time.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project-related information, ensuring all team members contribute to system updates for enhanced collaboration and efficiency.

Advocate for our clients by presenting cases and effectively communicating complex technical matters to stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.

Use sound judgment and discretion when evaluating settlement offers and making decisions, knowing when to seek input from others and when to take decisive action.

Contribute to the development of industry-specific positions and strategies that can be leveraged across client portfolios, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.

Collaborate with leadership to support the implementation of department initiatives, providing analysis, project management, and research support as needed.

​Key Qualifications:

Passion for Progress: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your enthusiasm for real estate and property tax rules is infectious!

Expertise in Action: Valuation experience with real estate and a solid understanding of County Assessment & Property Tax Rules. Bonus points for familiarity with ITAM, OneSource, Siger, or database management.

Mastery of Communication: Your communication skills are top-notch, whether you're crafting an email, leading a presentation, or negotiating a settlement. You're a natural-born storyteller with the ability to captivate any audience.

Project Management Prowess: Juggling multiple projects is second nature to you. You thrive under pressure, keeping your cool while delivering top-quality results on time, every time.
