The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager of the Resource Management Office (RMO) is to lead a team of Resource Delivery Managers (RDMs) to manage resourcing for professional services engagements across a group of regions in North America. This position will work closely with the Practice Directors, Practice Managers, and Services Delivery Managers to understand resource demand and requirements. The RDMs will also provide staffing for engagements based on skills and availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Lead the Resource Management Office, setting objectives and strategies for efficient resource utilization across the company
Develop and implement resource management policies and procedures to ensure optimal allocation of human and technical resources
Collaborate with senior executives to establish teams and develop strategies for resource coverage within budget constraints
Oversee capacity planning, utilizing resource management software to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation
Monitor and analyze resource utilization metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure alignment of resource allocation with business objectives
Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance management
Drive PS to meet goals for billable utilization, customer sat, and quality of delivery
Proactively analyze data and provide recommendations for areas of improvement relating to services delivery and the resource management process.
QUALIFICATIONS :10+ years resource management experience in software solutions industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in resource management software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
Highly responsive and customer focused
Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results
Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups and time zones
Bachelor's degree

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $138,000 - $196,300.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
