**Role Summary**
The Senior Manager, Revenue Management Sonder Continent Support assists our new Sonder portfolio of 72 hotels in EMEA with Revenue Management Support during the pre-cutover, cutover and post cutover period and transitioning to Business as usual and working closely with the HQ team that supports the Sonder Portfolio.
This role is a fixed term position for 12 months and is part of the EMEA Revenue Operations Team.

Expected contributions:
PRE-CUTOVER
+ Participate in weekly project RM workstream calls.
+ Communicate directly with Sonder team members, including leadership, to gain insight into their current structure and skill set, providing reactive day to day support for training weeks.
+ Partner with HQ Revenue Management on webinar delivery to Sonder RM team
+ Hand holding during the OY certification process – open chat line for questions regarding the test.
+ OY Dress Rehearsal – data entry work on behalf of Sonder, walking each Sonder RM through Dress Rehearsal tasks
+ Chat support for team as they are going through DLZ lessons.
+ HPP rate configuration (tier pricing).
+ Special event set up.
+ Review of Explore caps, Redemption rates on correct room pools.
CUTOVER
+ Command center coverage for Pilot and Portfolio Go-Live.
+ HPP (tier pricing) and OY SME for questions when hotels are live.
POST CUTOVER – TRANSITION TO BAU
+ HPP (tier pricing) and OY SME for questions when hotels are live – daily check-ins with the RM team, Teams channel for communication throughout the day.
+ Provide support in identifying pricing opportunities and executing implementation in the systems.
+ Partner with HQ on OY workshop with Sonder RM team – 30-45 days after Portfolio Go-Live Mar 31.
+ One on one sessions with RMs to perform OY deep dives.
+ Review/monitor OY demand forecasts, Special event dates after One Yield is live, OY comp sets and ensure relevancy.
+ Group/Transient forecasting support – if using Revenue Planning.
+ HPP rate offer auditing to ensure completion/accuracy of standard offers.
+ 3 months post Go-Live, review of OY room collections
+ Provide support desk guidance for error resolution, especially any outstanding reservation migration issues.
+ Assist the project team in any required webinars for revenue/reservation related fast-follow updates (e.g. extending stays directly in Opera vs go-live rate check in ResApp)
+ Execute the transition to sustainment processes directing issues to sustainment support paths.
+ Monitor Sonder’s performance with the support of the continent analytics teams
**EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
Previous Marriott revenue management leadership experience (3+years)
College Degree preferred (Hospitality) or equivalent experience.
**Skills and Knowledge**
+ Possesses excellent knowledge of Marriott’s systems (MARSHA, One Yield, High Performance Pricing, etc. and property management systems) and how they relate to one another
+ Possesses excellent knowledge of Marriott’s distribution channels (OTA, wholesaler, etc), in relation to Marriott’s system connectivity
+ Has excellent knowledge of revenue management concepts/principles, tactics, tools and processes
+ Possesses attention to detail and follows through to conclusion
+ Being able to translate business needs into actions; ensures that all work is completed effectively; solves problems and monitors the progress of work against schedules; maintains high performance standards.
+ Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Possesses ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Possesses organizational skills
+ Being able to work in a multi-task environment
+ Being able to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
