Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager of Display Operations to lead our Display Enablement & Support Operations team.  This role will manage a larger group of associates that drive channel operations and support across our Display verticals. We’re looking for leaders with a proven track record managing change, operational strategy, and high-performing associates.  

This is not a remote position and will require reporting into either our San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ offices.

Job Responsibilities  
•    Partner with associates, stakeholders, and peers to identify strategic improvement opportunities 
•    Autonomously translate opportunities into business goals, proposals, and implementation plans  
•    Secure buy-in from key constituents (decision-makers, functional leaders, primary stakeholders) 
•    Successfully cascade thought leadership across groups, influencing employees and XFN partners 
•    Coach team members regularly to enhance knowledge, performance, and XFN partnership 
•    Constantly elicit product sentiment and relay feedback to influence product design & stability 
•    Manage ongoing delivery of various projects, responsibilities, and standards across associates 
•    Enable employee development to maximize associate growth and performance  
•    Actively participate in discussion to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of team functions
