Let’s Talk about the Role
With a reporting line to the Director, Wholesale & Strategic Accounts , the Sr Manager, Sales Field is accountable for inspiring, leading and driving the direct sales force and/or sales agencies within South Europe (focus on Italy, France and Spain) to drive sales and execute against goals in a seamless brand experience across the different market's touchpoints.

Align with the Brand Vision to develop and communicate a multi-year vision and growth strategy for all involved accounts. Communicate a vision for the customer experience, breadth of services and standards that provides a competitive advantage for the Brand and delivers a high service quality and connection to customersEffectively manage the agencies and their account profitability to grow within budgeted cost parametersStrong partnership with the senior team across all disciplines, influence the development of all aspects of the Field Account proposition including product assortment, allocation, visual look, marketing/promotionsProvide perspective on market, store and product opportunities that will further accelerate the growth. Maintain awareness of market trends and monitoring the competitionDevelop and communicate a compelling and inspired vision that will drive teams to deliver their best to meet and exceed business objectives and goalsBuild relationships in each field key account and leverage the appropriate level of contact with VF and Napapijri senior managementAccountable for leading, developing and driving plans, actions and decisions that deliver sales growth and grows margin and profit for the brandLead team to evolve productivity through accelerating top line growth, improving gross margins, managing expenses and building efficiencies in central support costsBuild and foster effective and healthy relationships with direct reports and agencies business partners that results in confidence, morale and spirit within the teamRole model people leadership and development; provide guidance and development to direct reports on business goals and development plansSkills for Success
Minimum of 5 years sales / key account management or similar experience in Fashion Industries at similar levelDeep knowledge or understanding of the industry and its values in Italy (preferably also France and Spain).Experience with and understanding of fashion consumersSkill in crafting and maintaining mutual strategic plans and frequently measuring execution, whilst creating exceptional customer relationships at all levelsAnalytical and strategic, with the ability to see the strength of using facts for decisionsHigh energy, goal oriented and driven individual who is great at getting things doneUniversity degree in business with sales focus or equivalentWhat’s in it For You
