About the Role

Glassdoor is on the hunt for a Senior Manager, Sales who is ready to dive in head-first and make a significant impact. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of a team of National Account Executives, empowering them to drive success by building relationships with top-tier corporations.

What You’ll Do Lead and coach a team of successful Enterprise and National Account sales reps Effectively lead your Enterprise Sales Team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings and fun challenges Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals Develop, motivate and retain top performers Create and train sales process best practices Overachievement of sales targets Accurate and on-time forecast reporting What You’ll Bring A commitment to add  to our culture of DEI 8+ years of experience and success  selling at the Enterprise level to Fortune 500 accounts in the HR/Recruiting Software space 5+ years of people management experience, leading a team of enterprise sellers preferred Previous experience in SaaS, advertising, and HR Tech highly preferred Consistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove it Demonstrated ability to command the board room Have weathered and love an early startup environment Proven track record to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Compensation and Benefits

 Base Salary Range*: $128,800 - $161,000 (OTE: $214,600 - $268,300)

Commissions are uncapped.

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team.
