As a Senior. Manager, Sales Operations, you are responsible for providing operational support to multiple frontline sales channels. As Senior Manager you will collaborate with sales channel leaders to enhance and evolve each channel's customized support model. This position is involved in identifying, recommending, developing and implementing changes to policies, processes and tools that lead to greater efficiency, effectiveness and revenue growth.
This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
WHAT OUR SENIOR MANAGER, SALES OPERATIONS ENJOY MOST
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience and attain revenue goals.Responsible for the operational readiness of all operational impacts to Residential Sales Channels.Collaborate with channel leadership to ensure understanding of and compliance with sales policies and procedures. Identify and develop ways to enhance and evolve each sales channel's customized sales support model.Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to refine processes.Assist development and implementation of new products, processes and systems. Identify issues and drive resolution.Oversee development and management of internal control procedures. Collaborate with other Sales Operations leaders to ensure consistency across centers.Review and assess center performance.Develop and implement action plans to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Work with Training to ensure personnel are equipped to perform job duties and reduce new-hire ramp time.Manage a portfolio of special projects, including data gathering, analysis, planning, presenting to senior department management, implementation, and post-implementation impact assessment. Take into account the impact of decisions on other departments.Develop business plans and strategies. Assist with department budget.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
